Alien Tango release surreal electronic ode to Arthur Conan Doyle

Spanish electronic group Alien Tango released their surreal ode of ‘Arthur Conan Doyle’ on June 3rd in the form of their brand new freak-pop single. Sounding as if it has been lifted straight from an alternative Sci-Fi soundtrack, you can expect a fun blend of whimsical synth and vocals that demand your attention unlike anything you’ve heard before. The track is accompanied by a beautifully bizarre music video that follows two versions of the 19th century writer, trapped in our current world.

The synth-pop mix has allowed Alien Tango to build a platform, most notably on TikTok where he now has over 4 million views and counting. His unique sound has also turned the heads of The Line of Best Fit and So Young Magazine, leading to an invitation to the SXSW 2020 Showcase.

He’s not afraid to explore the weird and wonderful, with previous tracks tackling themes as diverse as caring for your elders to supernatural mangos and when onstage, these wacky ideas come to life with a full live band creating an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for something  different to get you through the lockdown, you can rely on Alien Tango to deliver a synth-pop experience like no other.
